Data Deletion Instructions
Green's Basket respects your privacy and provides you with full control over your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account & Data

Open the Green's Basket App
Launch the app on your mobile device and log in to your account.

Go to Settings
Navigate to the Settings or Profile section from the app menu.

Select "Delete Account"
Tap on the Delete Account or Delete My Data option.

Confirm Deletion
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

30-Day Grace Period
Your data will be scheduled for permanent deletion and will be completely removed from our systems within 30 days.
⏳ Important: After initiating deletion, your account will be deactivated immediately. All your data will be permanently erased after 30 days. You can cancel the deletion request within this period by contacting our support team.
What Data Is Deleted
The following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Order history and transaction records
- Saved addresses and delivery preferences
- App usage data and preferences
- Any other personally identifiable information
